MIR’s Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Midland Information Resources (MIR) has always been committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers. To ensure we are carrying out our commitment to this policy we periodically conduct customer satisfaction surveys. Our most recent survey was conducted at the beginning of 2010.

One hundred fifteen customers responded to our survey and helped us to see where we are succeeding and the areas that we can look to for improvement. An excerpt from the survey follows.

    • Overall, how has MIR performed compared to your expectations in the last twelve months?

      – 25.6% felt we exceeded their expectations

      – 37.8% felt we slightly exceeded their expectations

      – 35.4% felt we met their expectations

      – 1.2% felt we did not quite meet their expectation

      – 0.0% fallen far short of expectations

    • How likely would you be to recommend MIR to a professional colleague?

      – 91.5% said they would be very likely to recommend us

      – 8.5% said they would maybe recommend us

      – 0.0% said it was not likely they would recommend us

    • When a problem does arise or a mistake occurs with a project, does your CSR handle the issues to your satisfaction?

      – 100% felt their issues were handled to their satisfaction
